This page explains what information lveno.agency collects, why, and what you can do about it. Short version: we only collect what you send us, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, company (optional), project details, budget and timeline. This is sent to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form delivery service.
- Booking a call: if you book through Cal.com, they collect your name, email and chosen time on our behalf, under their own privacy policy.
- Emails and calls: anything you choose to share when you write to us or talk to us.
- Hosting logs: our host (Google Firebase) keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and running.
- Preferences on your device: your theme (light/dark) and sound choice are saved in your own browser's storage. They never reach us.
What we don't do
- We don't use advertising trackers or ad cookies.
- We don't sell or rent your information.
- We don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
Cookies and analytics
If you say yes, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits: which pages get read and what's working. Nothing loads analytics cookies until you agree. We don't use it for ads or ad personalisation. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and you'll be asked again.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, discuss your project, and keep records of our conversations and agreements.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the work and any legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the services that make the site work: Web3Forms (form delivery), Cal.com (bookings) and Google Firebase (hosting). We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@lveno.agency and we'll respond within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
